Balraj Mann, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Balraj Mann is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 37 years of experience serving as director and advisor for both public and private companies in the areas of corporate finance, acquisitions and financial reporting. Mr. Mann served as senior manager with Price Waterhouse, where he attained his CA designation. Mr. Mann was previously president of a private real estate development corporation completing industrial, commercial, single and multi-family high-rise residential projects in excess of $200 million. Mr. Mann was also an active participant in the corporate management of the Boundary Bay Airport in Delta, BC. He was a member of the advisory board of Accelerate Power Systems Inc., one of the early manufacturers of fast charging battery technology.  Mr. Mann has served as CEO, CFO and Director of serval Canadian publicly traded companies.  Currently, Mr. Mann is director, CEO and President of QMC Quantum Minerals Corp. which owns the Irgon Lithium Mine in Manitoba.

Alicia Milne, Director

Ms. Alicia Milne is a corporate secretary and securities compliance consultant providing services to various public companies listed on the NYSE, TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges. Beginning in the legal industry over 18 years ago as a securities paralegal, Ms. Milne has developed her career serving as a corporate secretary, securities compliance officer and corporate consultant, as well as an independent director. She has worked with various public companies, including but not limited to Commerce Resources Corp, Eagle Star Minerals Corp, Pasinex Resources Ltd, and Zimtu Capital Corp. Ms. Milne is a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada (formerly Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries) and also serves as the secretary to the Board of Directors of Women in Mining BC. Ms. Milne continually remains current with regulatory requirements, completing most industry related courses offered by the regulatory authorities and various associations.

 

Anthony Zelen, Director 

Mr. Anthony Zelen has over 20 years of experience in roles ranging from investor relations, public relations and strategic marketing for technology, mining and oil and gas industries. Anthony serves as the director of several publicly traded companies and has a number of successful private business ventures under his belt. Mr. Zelen holds a BA in economics and political science from Simon Fraser University.

 

Barry Hartley, Director

Mr. Barry Hartley is a CPA and partner at Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton, LaBonte LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants. Mr. Hartley has experience in the medical, legal, real estate, mining and extraction, manufacturing, and not-for-profit industries. Mr. Hartley also has experience providing securities and regulatory assurance services to Canadian and U.S. public company clients. He also has experience in auditing national and international companies in the mining, extraction, and manufacturing sectors. He is a graduate of Rand Afrikaans University and has held positions as CFO, Director and President with listed companies.  Currently, Mr. Hartley is CFO and Director of Zenith Exploration Inc.

 

Nancy Zhao, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Nancy Zhao is a CPA with over nine years experience with both public and private companies.  Ms. Zhao has experience in accounting and finance for various industries, including mining, realty development, property management, sports entertainment, marketing, and farming.  She also currently holds the position of chief financial officer of Neo Battery Materials Ltd. (TSX Venture Exchange: NBM), Blox Inc. (BLXX) and Ashanti Sankofa Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: ASI), both are publicly listed mining companies based in Vancouver, B.C.

 

Hardin Jackson, Advisor

Mr. Hardin Jackson has over 20 years experience in both new business launch and ongoing leadership for both industrials/ manufacturing and technology market verticals. Mr. Jackson’s areas of experience include new business development, capital and funding management, vendor/ client negotiations, strategic partnerships, day-to-day management, board and investor relations, senior management team building, setting business strategy and vision.

 

Glenn Morgan, Advisor

Mr. Morgan has 15+ years of consulting engineering experience in most aspects of the project life cycle including design, construction and commissioning of instrumentation, PLC and DCS control systems and networks in the Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Water Treatment and Fuel Cell industry.  He has also written (and executed) test plans and procedures for a variety of clients including Shell Canada, Chevron (EMC) and B.C. Hydro (Ruskin Dam).
